I can't believe I'm on week 11 and haven't repeated a recipe yet! It's fun trying new things, but I have to say that most of the things I've made in the last 10 weeks have been so delicious that I really want to make them again!!! Maybe next week I'll need to revisit some of those recipes...
So as usual, below is my weekly meal plan beginning with dinner tonight. I've included any links to recipes I'm using for inspiration. I'll post my recipes throughout the week and other updates as well.

Sunday - garlic & citrus roasted chicken with herb roasted potatoes and asparagus
Monday - my husband has to work late, but I'm still planning to make roasted salmon, farro, and roasted broccoli, carrots, and brussel sprouts
