Week 6 - Healthy Home Revolution

I'm back from Florida, and quite frankly, surprised we were able to fly into Boston given the enormity of winter storm Nemo. Plus, I wouldn't have minded being "stranded" in Miami for a few extra days.

But alas, here we are - back to reality, regular exercise, and healthy home cooking. As I have posted in the past, I will present my weekly meal plan along with any coordinating links. I'll update you with postings throughout the week.

Week 6 - February 10, 2013

Sunday: leftovers or repeat recipe from past weeks

Monday: not sure yet, but will be meatless! Either vegetarian fried rice or a frittata (my husband is working late tonight, so it's just me and the kids.)

Tuesday: oven baked tacos with homemade taco seasoning, steamed broccoli

          (Warning:  this is NOT a low-calorie meal)
