As I mentioned on the week 4 meal plan post, I'm in Florida this week. I won't be posting my usual meal plan with daily updates of recipes and pictures. Instead, I want to offer you recipes that are tried and true - ones I've made and posted about before. So essentially I will give you a weekly meal plan if you're looking for one. These postings are from years past, a time I didn't consistently take beautiful culinary photos. You'll have to take my word for it. They are yummy!!!
I hope you enjoy each and everyone of these recipes as much as my family and friends have.

Sunday- Gameday Food (it might be too late to use these for the Super Bowl tonight, but I hope you can use these in the future. March Madness anyone?)
Monday - Meatless Option: grilled salmon with mango salsa
Tuesday- Mexican: Ancho Chili Chicken Tacos
Wednesday - Italian: Slow Cooker Minestrone Soup
Thursday- Comfort Food lightened up: Crockpot Beef Stew
Friday - pizza night, with this awesome spinach salad
Saturday - Chicken "Gyro" Pitas with Greek Orzo Salad
So that's it for now, folks. I'll be updating you with some postings this week on healthy eating ideas and fitness routines. And if I decide to make anything while I'm on vacation, I'll surprise you with that recipe too. But let's not hold our breath! :)
