Week 40- October 6, 2013
Sunday: football food- chips & salsa, veggies & dip, chicken wing dip, chili cheese dip
Monday: flat bread pizza & Caesar salad (help from Trader Joe's)
Tuesday: chicken & brown rice taco bake, roasted brussel sprouts, tomato & avocado salad
Wednesday: brats in beer, pierogies & sauerkraut, sautéed kale
Thursday: creamy vegetable wild rice soup and sandwiches (I teach 5-6pm)
Friday: pizza night
