Overnight Steel-Cut Oats
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup water
1 T shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 T chopped pecans
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix together and put in the fridge
overnight. Add 1-2 T almond milk
in the morning. Heat in microwave
for 1 minute and drizzle wit maple syrup.
