Week 3 already??? We are more than half way through the first month of 2013. Crazy!
So here are my menu plans for the week. Still going with the Meatless Monday, Taco Tuesday, Italian Wednesday themes. And most of these links have the nutritional information included - awesome! I'll be posting the detailed recipes and pictures through out the week. I hope you enjoy!
Sunday: Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast (yes, pork again - I found a roast in my freezer I REALLY needed to use up), quinoa salad, sauteed asparagus & snow peas. The pork is already in the slow cooker and I've followed the recipe exactly. More to come on this.
